The beautiful apartment “Family Apartment Alpe” is part of the apartment building “Unterkehrhof”, a typical South Tyrolean house at the beginning of famous Gröden Valley (Val Gardena), in central position close to renowned sights like the alpine pasture Seiser Alm. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Enjoy morning coffees on your private balcony, while looking upon the surrounding mountains and the scenic valley. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable and satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. A washing machine is available upon request. The outdoor area impresses with a shared garden and open terrace. You can play table tennis or use the public barbecue to prepare your own meals. Your children will be delighted to see the playground with swing, sandbox and playing house. In the area there are a lot of walking and hiking paths through an untouched nature. Bike lanes for families, but also downhill lanes can be found in the area. There is a bus stop only 200 m (4 minutes on foot) from the building. The town of Lajen is only a 4-minute drive from the property (2.2 km). There you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. In the fall you can easily reach the historical "Bauernhöfe" (farms) within 10 minutes on foot (700 m) where you can enjoy the Törggelen, the season for chestnuts and wines in South Tyrol.
