Three rooms have been remodeled and are nice and clean. The outside could use a little refresh. Very convenient to the interstate.

I wish photos could be uploaded as proof of the hotel rooms nastiness. There were crumbs on the counter and chair. The kitchen counter was dirty and sink had water and hair in it. Both beds looked s if they were slept in and someone pulled the covers back. Staff were pleasant and quickly helped to provide another room. Well, that room wasn’t much better. Hair was everywhere- bed, bathtub, counters, toilet. Bedding was dirty, fridge drawer had food remnants , bottom of toilet had urine stain, and dirt and bathtub wasn’t clean. Due to the late check-in (previous hotel sustained a fire and reservation was cancelled) we ended up staying. Glad that I always pack cleaning supplies so we were able to clean the room. Staff provided linen to change the bedding. Thoroughly disappointed!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best staff I’ve ever encountered. I forgot to tell you that we found the soap dispenser off the wall in the bathroom once we arrived to our room.

The overall experience was fine. However, I checked the sheets before getting into the bed and they were covered with hair and the pillow cases were dirty with hair and dirt on them as well. The couch had hair between the cushions. The front desk clerk immediately came and brought me new sheets and pillowcases and I remade the bed. I used my own comforter.

Didn’t meet my Cleanliness expectations

The main issue I had with this hotel was the cleanliness. The hallways were hot and had a bad smell. As soon as we walked into to the room we noticed the sheets on the bed were wrinkled and untucked. Then I checked out the bathroom and it was disgusting. There was hair everywhere like is was not cleaned properly. There was a brown ring around the toilet bowl with pubic hair. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped. The sink and tub had brown spots, etc. I was extremely uncomfortable so I went to request a room exchange but the other room was no better. I ended up going to buy some disinfectant and cleaning supplies so I can have a piece of mind for my stay.
