Absolutely a perfect location. Staff was fantastic, room was spotless and nicely decorated! Definitely will stay here again!

The room was fantastic and the staff were all lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and the balcony was great. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. We paid extra for breakfast a couple of days which was great and we had room service as well.

Impeccable service, fabulous views, quiet, elegant, delicious food

The hotel is exquisite. My room, the junior suite, was moderately priced, and had a huge terrace with a lake view, as did the high-ceilinged room with a big arched window. Every detail was luxurious, and it was immaculate. It was nicer than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was grand, the common sitting room was gorgeous, the staff was warm and helpful, and it’s just steps from the lake and the duomo. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. It helped make Como the highlight of my trip so far.
