This apartment features a modern private kitchen with a completely transparent roof, light up marble island and top-of-the-line appliances, along with two private rooms including luxury Queen beds and sheets.
Unwind in the spectacular rock waterfall shower and soaking bathtub, beneath an acrylic glass roof that lets you immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of nature. One of a kind stay at a beautiful lake front boutique resort on Lake Atitlán. Sauna, jacuzzi, pool and dock all shared.
We ask that all guests thoroughly clean up after themselves when they are finished using the common places.
Quiet time begins at 10PM. For guests safety and security we do not not permit anyone to swim in the pool, or go down to the lake front gardens after 10PM. Please let one of your hosts know if you are planning on arriving/returning back to the property after 10PM as the main gates will be locked, however you will also be provided with a key.
The common areas are shared spaces, so we ask that guests refrain from loud activities after 10PM.
