This was a great stay at Lago de Garda, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. The street is a bit noisy at night but if you close the balcony doors it gets much better. The view of the boulevard and lake are very pleasant. We recommend it.

This is a very tired, dirty hotel. Room was missing a shower door, filthy walls, worn and tired! Staff was incredibly nonchalant and cared not. Breakfast was average and staff inattentive. Cleared our own table.

Staff were exceptional

Wonderful Hotel, All the staff are friendly and work really hard to give their guests a wonderful experience. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful served by two very hard working friendly ladies. One little niggle was that the tea bags etc were not replaced in the room however you can pick them up from the bar area and no milk in the room for tea or coffee however if you asked they do give you a small jug. Would we stay again YES 100%

Fantastic breakfast, great variety and quality. Very quiet to sleep, excellence rest. They give bicycles to reach town centre, which is an excellent idea. I will definitely return for longer!

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. It’s conveniently located, the food was excellent, and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, which made it a bit warm. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful—I just wish we could have stayed longer.
