The room was very nice. The breakfast was basic continental. The staff allowed us to check in early which was nice. The staff had trouble controlling the rowdy folks in the pool area. He acted afraid to say anything to kick anyone out, they were pure chaos so much we felt like we needed to leave.

Great hotel and room! We were there for a high school XC event so there were a lot of kids and families in the hotel. The only complaint I have is that the walls are thin and we could hear every time someone in our hallway opened or closed their doors, talking etc, but the problem was likely exacerbated by the number of kids in the hotel at the time.

The room was very clean...however, the fitted sheet on the king size bed did not fit. The corners at the head of the bed came off as soon as we got into it. Seems strange...but check in was very easy, nice gentleman at the desk, and we left happy with our coffee and tea. We will stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

When we arrived and checked in the heat was off in the rooms and it was 55 degrees. We turned on the heat and had to go out since it was too cold to relax in our room. When we returned we discovered the one heater was broken in the room and blowing out air conditioning. We turned it off and hoped it would warm up since it was late, unfortunately it was 4a when it reached 66 degrees. Also there were stains on the couch. The rooms looked nice at first glance but could have had better housekeeping and comfort by having the heat or air on prior to a guest’s arrival.
