Chef's dream kitchen with high end appliances and large breakfast bar. Walk out to the covered patio, take a dip into your sparkling pool or just relax in the spa. Spa heat is included in the rent. Pool heat is available at your cost and you must notify property manager at time of booking. Has a private backyard with a beautiful view of Lake Havasu. The yard is lavishly landscaped with beautiful palms. Your own private oasis! Paradise found! NO Partiers, this is a quiet family friendly home/neighborhood.
