We had a wonderful stay! It was the most comfortable home with the perfect amenities in the best location. Being on the walking path was a great bonus. We come to Havasu to see family every year and found this fit our needs perfectly. Our hosts answered our questions very timely and were so accommodating.

Exceptional Home!

A wonderful spot to stay for 5 nights. It is close enough to everything, but in a nice quiet area so we were able to relax.They were doing construction all day every day next door, but that is not the responsibility of the host here. Just a note - if you do want to nap during the day, bring ear plugs.Otherwise our stay was absolutely perfect! The hosts were extremely quick on all communication. The house has all of the comforts needed to feel at home away from home. The beds are very comfy. Overall a very memorable stay. We hope to return again next year!

Beautifully Remodelled, Impeccably Clean and Comfy

My family and I stayed in this beautifully remodel home. The beds were all very comfortable with high-quality linens and bath towels. Surprisingly it was fully stocked with paper plates, paper towels and many other amenities that are normally not available in VRBO. This home is conveniently located in the heartbeat of Lake Havasu. from the backyard there is a bike path that leads you right down to Main Street with all the shopping boutiques and local restaurants, restaurants and bars. My family and I would absolutely stay here again and strongly suggest that you and your family or friends consider this rental as an option for your stay in Lake Havasu Arizona.

The location of the property was on a quiet street & the path behind the house was a short walk to downtown & the lake. A lot of nice updates in the home. Very clean & easy access into the rental. The hosts were wonderful! And we would definitely stay here again.
