This staff of this hotel was so attentive and friendly. We came for the snow and there is a shuttle to Lake Louise which made it easier than driving up to the hill. The restaurant was amazing. Will be back!

The staff are superb, nothing is ever too much. The little touches like the afternoon tea and evening water and cookies were a real treat. This hotel is magical the week before Christmas.
