Beautiful property that wasn't far from town. Everyone was so nice there! our TV didn't work and they had someone there to check on it even before my husband got back from walking down to the front desk! The problem never got resolved but they did give me a gift when I checked out. It worked fine for us!

The food options at the hotel are very very expensive. I did not see many people eating in the restaurant or drinking at the bar even though hotel was booked solid.

Very new and clean facilities. Lakeside firepits and free kayak/paddleboard rentals to use on Lake Placid were very nice.
