I would give the hotel a "7", Decent place. Room was ok. Stained ceiling, old furniture. Refurbished bathroom/dressing area and bed improved the quality of an otherwise old property. I would stay there again when in the area.

Just an okay stay… good enough to sleep at

The room was clean enough to sleep in but there were a few missing amenities. Only 2 towels and two washcloths for two guest… had to go get more from office late at night. No iron, nowhere to hang a wet towel, no hairdryer, tv did not work due to poor WiFi, extremely small microwave (could not fit a disposable coffee cup) bathroom was clean but very dated and small.

Loud but clean

My 2 children and I stayed here after a day in Legoland. Great price and had good reviews and only 15 minutes away. However, we literally didn’t sleep 85% of the night because the traffic was so loud! I literally checked 2x if there was a crack left open in the window. You could see the sunlight through the door cracks, nothing I could block the noise with. We got through the night fine and felt safe, but I wouldn’t stay again if you need a good night’s sleep.

Beware Drink Machines

Used credit card to buy pepsi on 1st floor. Drink can dropped in machine but I could not reach it. Told manager but he said I would have to call number posted on pepsi machine. Not happy with response. Never did get a drink.

Please remember this is a rodeside motel… which is exactly what you get. UNBEARABLY loud. Doors did not seal all the way around - several inches underneath. This made it very unpleasant the staff would take their cigarette breaks outside our door (we were the first room after the check-in window / staff door).
