Home is near I-95 and many shopping plazas. Located 5 miles from the beach. Public transportation is nearby as well. Property has a covered patio in the back yard with a charcoal grill. You will have access to the whole home except the garage. House is on a busy street and there is a potential for some noise.

Disliked: Amenities
Two other tenants, whom I did not meet have dogs that kept barking both during the day and especially at night. This prevents me from a restful evening and sleeping at night. They also stink up the joint. Perhaps the dogs should be kept OUTSIDE.
