Loved the property and would stay there again. Only dislike i had was the pillows were too soft (your preference). And the air conditioning went off a lot and took very long to come back on. Other tan that the room was nice and clean and smelled really good. Pretty quiet considering busy location. Many food options close by and lots of shopping. I would stay here again and would recommend for others as well

Very nice hotel, next to a Mall with a lot of restaurants and stores like Target, Marshals and others. The rate from 0 to 10 I say 11, super clean, very friendly staff like Luz and Nathan that make your day so much better!!! Thank you for everything, it was great!!! For sure we will stay again!!!

The hotel was amazing. We had some problems with kids running up and down the hallways knocking on doors screaming and playing ball. We couldn’t get in the pool.

The hotel was in a great location. There were alot of stores and restaurants around so it was convenient to have those places around. The hotel is rather new or newly remodeled and it was very nice and clean. The young lady at the check in counter when we first arrived was very polite, friendly and welcoming. As my first person of contact, she was great. We ended up being on the 4th floor and once we got into our room which was very nice and spacious, I had gone into the restroom to wash my hands and noticed that the free full size bottle of handsoap that they provided was empty, so I left and started walking down the hall and a very nice gentleman named Logan was able to help me right away and come into the room to replace the bottle. He took care of the maintenance in the hotel. We chatted for a little while and became instant friends. I was very appreciative of his willingness to help so quickly and to be so kind while doing it. The next morning we went down to enjoy the free breakfast and the ladies working down there were all very nice and accommodating. After only staying at this hotel for a couple of days, I will definitely come back to stay here again in the future. I felt so comfortable there and with everyone being so kind, it made it feel like we were staying at a friends house. Great job with the staff! Keep up the great work. Thank you kindly. We will see y'all soon.
