The property provided what we needed. A quiet home in a quiet neighborhood. It is located within a short driving distance to retail shopping and restaurants with many options to choose from. The property is nicely appointed. The kitchenette provides a small refrigerator, microwave, and double sink. All were in good working condition. The queen size bed was comfortable, with a firm mattress and supplemented with a topper. A large screen TV is located in the very small bedroom. The bathroom provided a single sink vanity with ample counter space. Single shower was in good condition. Toilet appeared to be relatively new and in good working condition.The downside to this property was the state of cleanliness. While the refrigerator, microwave and sink were clean, there was a layer of gritty dust and other dirt including short curly hair and long hair strands on the shelf over the kitchen sink. The dishes, coffee cups and glass wear were covered in the gritty dust and required washing before use. The utensil drawer had the same dirt. Most disappointing was this dirt, hair and dust was found on the floor throughout the unit. After an evening of walking in the unit with white footies, I found the dirt, hair and dust on the bottom of my footies. I reached out to the contact provided and asked for the floor to be cleaned the next day while we were out of the unit for the day. We were disappointed with no response to our email. I swept & mopped the floor with the supplies provided.
