House is situated perfectly to walk into town or to the beach. Good secure yard and pet friendly. House was very comfortable and presented very well inside and out. It is on a corner which does affect privacy as very easy to see through entire house unless blinds kept shut. There was some safety aspects of surrounding houses that I think tenants should to be notified about prior to their stay. Ie physical and verbal Fighting that could be seen and heard often, people knocking on front door in the middle of the night on several occasions.
