it advertised having a pool and a restaurant. The swimming pool or supposed for repairs and the restaurant was not open until the next day. we were assigned a room and upon entering the bathroom was never cleaned as it still had towels on the floor. I notifying a host. she accused my wife of being rude and that it wasn't her fault instead of just apologizing for the messed up and dealing with the problem.

I do not know her name but our waitress at dinner was exceptional. Our grandson became ill at dinner and didn't eat his meal. She went to the manager and was able to remove it from our tab. Later when I saw her she asked how he was doing as we ended up taking him to the ER. Very sweet and great service.

It is a beautiful place. It has a tavern and bar connected to it. They have plants and lights where you eat. The staff are great. It is next to a coffeee shop, the highway and a gas station.

Charged my card a higher rate.

The room is spacious and really well decorated. The front staff was nice when i checked in, but the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs or something which was why we picked this hotel. That was really frustrating. There is no elevator either. What really made me upset was that they charged me $12 more than what hotels.com showed as my all in price with taxes. So paying more and getting less is not okay.

This place is a gem. The rooms are older but huge and comfortable. All of the staff were accommodating. Eat at the restaurant! We’ve been on the road for days and this was easily one of the best meals we had.

Good old fashioned hotel with restaurant and bar on site. Remodel was well done and the staff was great. The only negatives were no tissues in the room and a bad odor in the registration and dome area. Odor of poor sanitary drainage.

Clean comfortable

Check in was fast and quick. Room was clean but humid. Bed was comfortable but firm. Pillows were great. Water pressure was okay, not bad but not amazing. Actual layout of the bathroom was weird. Shower and toilet were in same small room and the shower didn't have a ledge or anywhere to put toiletries. Ended up having to use toilet tank as a shelf which meant lots of water on the floor. Created a potential slip and fall problem. Shower was huge but again no shelf or ledge.

We were charged for the room before we arrived, was supposed to be pay at the property and I was wanting to use a different card than I reserved it with. Original room smelled like sewer gas, the nice young man at the desk upgraded our room and put us in a very nice suite. So overall it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is very accommodating and the service was rapid and very efficient. Thomas at the reception was very obliging and attentive. We loved the hotel restaurant, the food was exquisite and the service was amazing thanks to Zoe, our waitress. She was extremely courteous and pleasant at all times. We would definitely stay there again.
