Very pleasant well equipped gîte for 12 in the heart of the northern Vosges

We offer a 180 m² house on 3 levels composed of a large living room/dining room opening onto the terrace from where you can fully enjoy the stunning views over the valley of Enchenberg and a very well fitted contemporary kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, double door refrigerator, micro-wave, convection oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, steam cooker, etc.) On the ground floor there is also a toilet as well as a small laundry room in which there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a freezer at your disposal. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms equipped with beds and a bathroom, a shower room and a toilet.
Finally, the second floor is composed of a bedroom with 2 single beds and a reading area.
With the atmosphere of the house, you will immediately make yourself comfortable, you will feel at home in this old family house!
You can enjoy 120 channels thanks to the optical fibre connection as well as multiple radio stations. However, if you don’t find what you are looking for in the television programs, a DVD player is at your disposal. You will also boast of the free Wi-Fi Internet connexion via the optical fibre.
The terrace overlooking the garden is covered on 3 sides and boasts of a manual blind to fully enjoy the calmness of the countryside and the wonderful views of the surrounding woods.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. We stayed 2 weeks in this fabulous holiday house in France's Voges Mountains area. The house was spacious, more than we as a couple needed but thoroughly enjoyed. Internet, Smart TV, and all appliances were excellent & easy to use. Besides the comfortable living room, the accommodation included a super well-equipped kitchen & a large terrace with beautiful views of the countryside & the town of Bitche in the distance.Bitche offered several outstanding supermarkets, a park, and the ancient Citadel as a picturesque historical relic. The area is honeycombed with forest hiking trails, including a lovely lake trail for comfortable, easy hikes.Hosts were attentive but unobtrusive. We had a great experience.

Lovely home

Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Chantal was very welcoming and quick to respond when we needed something. I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking to enjoy the beautiful French countryside.

Great Stay!

Wished we could have stayed longer than just one weekend. Property is in a lovely small town that is very peaceful and does have a resturant just a short walk or two minute drive away. The house was very spacious and clean. There were only four of us but easily could have accommodated many many more. The kitchen comes with everything you need. The bedrooms are very comfortable and spread out. The living and dining area are large and offer a wonderful communal space to gather. The sunken bath tub was an added bonus we used to enjoy and relax after a day of hiking! The games and tv offered entertainment for the children after our daily sightseeing. Great launch point for visiting Bitche, maginot line, fleckenstin, or any of the many attractions in the area. There are also miles and miles of walking paths in the nearby forests. Highly recommend this property when visiting this area.

Nous sommes allés au gite en famille avec un chien. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les propriétaires sont très charmants et disponibles. La vue depuis le gite est splendide et apaisante... je serais bien restée quelques jours en plus. Le gite est bien agencé et équipé pour les familles et amis. Lieu parfait pour des balades dans la nature. Si je retourne dans le coin, je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner. Encore merci. Laetitia.

Ruhiger und entspannter Kurzurlaub im Elsass

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für mindestens 6 Personen.Die Lage war wunderbar, vom Wohnzimmer hatte man einen tollen Ausblick ins Tal. Am vorletzten Tag unseres Urlaubs fiel Schnee, was die Landschaft noch zauberhafter machte. Wer Trubel und touristische Attraktionen sucht, ist hier allerdings fehl am Platze.Das Haus war top ausgestattet, Fußbodenheizung im Wohnbereich, Küche mit allem, was man braucht, bequeme Betten, großes Bad, Dusche und zwei WCs.Im Wohnzimmer kann man es sich auf einem großen Sofa gemütlich machen und entspannt fernsehen (auch viele deutsche Sender).Der Garten war riesig und unsere Hunde genossen den morgendlichen Auslauf mit viel Platz.Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir mussten mit unserer Hündin einen Tierarzt aufsuchen. Frau Michel empfahl uns ihre sehr nette Tierärztin, die Deutsch sprach und unsere Lilli gut versorgte.Alles in Allem: Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Super Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir als Hauskreis (7 Erwachsene) haben ein wundervolles Wochenende in Glasenberg verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses mitten in der Natur war pure Erholung und wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schöner Aufenthalt in großer Gruppe

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, mit großer Gruppe, inklusive 3 Kindern unter 3 Jahren. Die ruhige Lage und der weitläufige Wohnbereich haben gut zu unserem Aufenthalt gepasst. Nur ist der Garten leider stark in seiner Nutzung eingeschränkt, weil ein Hund darin ein und ausgeht.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir, 2 Ehepaare und 2 Hunde haben eine wunderbare Woche in Glasenberg verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses mitten in der Natur war pure Erholung und wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es fehlt einfach an Nichts! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und gepflegt. Die von Chantal empfohlenen Wanderungen waren perfekt. Wir waren an den Altschlossfelsen, auf Burg Falkenstein und den Cascaden von Neubach. Trotz Temperaturen von über 30 Grad waren die Touren früh am Tag gut machbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
