Staff were really welcoming, room was clean, bathroom was good and shower water pressure also very good. Only thing that could have been improved was the lighting in the room, and ensuring that the breakfast was topped up as it was quite low at times, and for some reason the WiFi was working on my phone. But overall really good service. Thank you ☺️

Rooms were spacious, only one tea bag in the room on our arrival and we had to leave a note for housekeeping requesting clean cups as they'd just been left soaking in the bathroom. Hard and soft pillows were provided but it was hard to tell the difference between the two. It's important to remember this is a 3 star and as such was clean and comfortable and provided a great location for us visiting friends and family with easy access to the motorway.

Staff were lovely and kind. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had nice variety above the standard choices from hotel breakfasts- the pancake machine was great. It was a very easy stay.
