I had to cancel my stay because our event got canceled due to the wide spread winter storm in the US this weekend. I’ve been sent in a circle trying to find someone to help me let the hotel know not to expect us and to get a credit for a future stay when the event gets rescheduled. I’m extremely frustrated at how difficult it is to find an accountable representative. The hotel sends me to Expedia and Expedia sends me back to the hotel customer service. If booking through Expedia means that I lose access to reasonable customer support, I will stop using the service and just book directly with hotel brands.

This is a note to the management. I stayed in room 325. 1. there is a loud noise that happens once in a while. (Water hammer?) I think there was a mechanical room next to the room. It probably needs to be insulated for sound. 2. The shower head is clogged. I could only get water out of the center of the head and with very little water pressure. You can clearly see that it is clogged with heavy metal. 3. No hot water. just warm water. 4. It smelled like dead mouse. I think there was dead mouse in the vent or something. I left the fan on the whole time and that made it a bit better. This was a buisness trip so I didn't say anything but if I was with my wife, there is no way I would have stayed in that room.

The updates in this location were very much appreciated. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. We will definitely stay at this hotel shall we have another sports meet in the area.

All other Hilton honors places give waters for guest that are Hilton honors members. The bathroom shower door opens in a way that leaks and makes the floor slippery. Also no free continental breakfast! 151 is average for king room and free breakfast! 242 a night if want free breakfast- 12 per buffet is high. I just felt this was more expensive of a hotel than tilton or others with a free breakfast It was a clean room but in appealing in its organization

The breakfast menu was one of the items I remembered as being superior when I last stayed at this hotel in early spring. Same server as then and she is very attentive and friendly. There is nothing like having a leisurely breakfast looking out the picture windows at new-fallen snow before going off to a day of hard intense work recording a new CD for my label.

Room was fine, hotel was good and clean. 3 stars for paying for breakfast and not being able or use it. Was told to hand breakfast voucher to waiter/waitress in the morning. Stood with no one in dining area for 10 minutes. Not a soul, went to start my car and came back in and waited a few more minutes. Went back up to room to grab stuff and checkout, then when I come down there is someone in dining area and front desk said I should have just grabbed what I wanted and can have breakfast now, I need to leave so no breakfast. Be clearer on how to use the breakfast voucher. Have someone there. Being ignored or left standing there with no assistance is unacceptable from the hospitality industry. Go to SpringHill suites next door. Staff is very attentive there.
