This RV has blazing fast wifi and offers free parking on the premise. All services in the RV work perfectly. There is a thorough house manual that will guide your stay. Restaurants and grocery stores like Vons and Walmart are down the street. Lockheed, Northrop, AV Hospital are only 15 minutes away.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Located on the outskirts, it was a quieter location than others. Everything I needed before a long distance running event, kitchen with everything working, hot shower, comfortable sleeping/mostly quiet. My stay was in the Spring, the rv did not get hot during the day.

Property has a good location. It is not in the center of Lancaster, CA. However, a short drive will get you what you need. I was towing a trailer with a motorcycle on it. I was able to park it in front of the RV. This RV is perfect for a person or a couple, any more it will be crowded. AC and Heat worked well. Shower was small (RV size), but the water was hot. I am not a fan of taking my shoes off to be in a house, however, I followed the hosts rules. Other than that, great place to stay.

Very Comfortable

This was so much better than sitting in a hotel room ❤️ The area was quiet, bed very comfortable…..everything we needed to make a couple of meals. When we need to make trips back to ucla we will definitely see if this place is available.
