The place is new so everything is clean and spotless. The room having a kitchenette is great even though we chose our room by the elevator it was still quiet. The breakfast is amazing. It’s not just a piece of fruit. They have hot food. The bed was comfortable . Staff was very friendly. Love that they had a fireplace outside that you could sit in. Pool was small, but we weren’t there for the pool.

The room was small but nice. The breakfast was pretty good. They never clean our room while we were there for 4 days and then charged me $110 for a pet fee for nothing.

Hotel is brand new, great and friendly check and checkout. Brand new amenities and a quiet and private environment. However, my vehicle was vandalized during my stay leaving lots of damages on the structure of my vehicle. Hotel should make a bigger effort trying keep customers and customer property safe.

The day before & the day of, we get an email from the property reminding us of our arrival. We also receive a thank you email w/a receipt. My husband and I were very impressed when we first entered the lobby. We're both greeted as we were approaching the front desk. We stayed twice, the 1st time, a sincere and warm greet by a gentleman (I forgot his name) welcomed me and my husband and asked us if this was our 1st time staying here, we replied yes, and he handed us a bottle of water and a complimentary bag of assorted candies. The room was clean and so was the ac/heater filter. I sometimes check them before turning them on at hotels, due to my allergies. I was impressed! Spotless! The carpet felt clean, it didn't feel grimey when walking barefooted. Our 2nd visit was Saturday, I believe his name was Diego. Again, we were both greeted with a smile immediately, as we entered the lobby. The check in was quick, yet thorough. Our room was not a disappointment. The room was clean and the king bed was more than comfortable. They offer complimentary breakfast in the mornings with eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, assorted bagels, danishes, muffins, milks, yogurts and variety of juices and teas. They also have a grill outside with tables you can sit and eat in front of the fireplace. They have a gym, a computer station, and a very clean laundry room. There is plenty of parking and the staff is very professional and helpful! We enjoy staying here. I definitely give them 5stars
