This newly renovated home is just meters from the World Famous Sand Dunes that Lancelin is known for. A short 4 minute walk to the North end Bay Beach and 6 minute walk to the stunning views from Lancelin's newly renovated 3 Emus Restuarant/ Lancelins Sands Hotel.
Open plan living and newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and toilet has been renovated also as well as all new flooring throughout.
There is a second shower in the outhouse Laundry to wash off those sandy toes from the beautiful beaches.
The Lucious lawn out the back is great for the kids to run off some energy and when the sun goes down on those cool nights there's an open fire pit out the back to chill out and enjoy and great BBQ out back.
Plenty of parking out the front for those trailers or boats.

Better than the photos

Had a wonderful short stay at this great home. It’s very spacious and exceptionally clean and well presented. Photos don’t quite do it justice. A short walk from the beach. We stayed over a weekend and my only warning would be the noise from the many cars, 4wD and motorbikes heading out to the dunes. The entrance to the dunes is opposite the home. We didn’t let it bother us, we just turned up our music.

Perfect house for a family to stay. Well equiped and super clean. Great location for the dunes right outside the front door which are amazing and the beach just behind! Short walk to the pub as well. What more do you want! Thanks Erin for your quick responses and help.

Good house and heaps of space

Overall was very good, we would stay there again. A few suggestions which should be considered.As we fished a deep freezerbin the laundry would be great for ice bait and fish, filleting table would be good too.The TV is old and remote didnt work well, with young kids consider wifi and a smart tv for the kids shows.The fridge in the kitchen could be bigger, it was hard to fit everything for 4 adults and 3 kids for the week.Nonetheless, the above wouldnt stop us staying here again.

Great stay with family in Lancelin

Our stay in Lancelin was was an excellent location for a family catch up. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed! We had 5 adults and 3 kids staying and there was plenty of space indoors and outdoors for everyone to relax! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our short stay at this lovely home. It was unfortunate that we couldn't stay longer as the location was great, backing onto the Lancelin Dune entrance and not a long walk to the town Pub. Overall, the house was in good condition and accommodated for any needs despite a few hiccups which we understood were out of the owners control.

A little slice of heaven!

After leaving the wettest winter on record in the UK it was a joy to spend a few days in Lancelin at this super house. It is very well equipped with everything you could need to help your stay. The sunsets from the lookout over Lancelin Island are wonderful (and made better with a bottle of bubbles! 😉). The beaches are great with beautiful white sand. Communication with the host was excellent. We would highly recommend this house. When we come back we want to stay at least a week!!

The pictures on the website and description are exactly what you will get in this beautiful house. Clean and tidy, plenty of space for 2 mums and 4 kids. Perfect weekend get away

We stayed at Erin’s place for two nights for my partners birthday. The place has the perfect location, directly across from the sand dunes and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is spacious and clean. We made use of the outdoor area and the barbecue was an added bonus! Over-all a really great stay and the other guests were very happy!
