Friendly staff and comfortable room in a great location near a huge park. The buffet breakfast was delicious too, but the price was a bit higher than listed on the Hotels.com site, which says "approximately" so not entirely wrong but such details could be kept up-to-date. At the time of writing, it is 15 euros.

Miserable receptionist

Staff were some of the surliest, untrained individuals I have had the misfortune to deal with for a long time. We also were given a lower category of room than we booked.

Great staff, lovely room

Lovely room, modern and clean. Elevator/on site parking/breakfast available. Helpful staff and central location, walking distance to City center. Only thing I missed was a coffee maker in the room. Stayed 3 nights and would stay here again.

Very well appointed and maintained. The continental breakfast was nice in that it offered scrambled eggs and bacon. Downsides were that the breakfast room doesn’t offer enough seating and the bathroom has a clear door that doesn’t offer enough privacy and the light will wake up anyone else in the room. All in all, a very nice room and accommodating personnel; would stay there again.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Kunstleder am Kopfende ist unansehnlich abgewetzt. Die Sauna schließt bereits um 20:00 Uhr.
