Hotel will steal from you

I purchased a package that included parking , dinner and breakfast . When I arrived at the hotel, they said that the parking was just 20% off. With parking rates at the airport being as much as €150 per night. This was not OK. Hi Dan went to have the evening meal that I purchased in advance and I was told that it was not available. I must be thinking about the club lounge which at this point was not open. Dinner is not club lounge access . The air conditioning in our room did not work and you could open the windows a crack for fresh air . We ended up leaving the door open a crack against the dead bolt in the morning . The towels and bedding are all synthetic and you just sweat . We paid $650 for this experience.

Very disappointing Club Lounge - had to ask in main bar for beer to be replenished (nobody on duty for 30 minutes to ask) Beer delivered was warm. Snack service worst ever - all savoury gone by 7.30pm and expected to accompany your bear with foam banana sweets and fudge !? What the ?!? is that all about in a Club Lounge - There were some peanut selection but not good for nut allergy people. If you pay for Club access - Club facility should be available to all at all times. Asked if more food was available - given a straight NO. This was so poor - Sheraton - treat your guest well....not like feeding time in the zoo finished. I don't understand it - complete opposite at breakfast where same food available to all guests at all times. Why not the Club lounge ? To think we paid extra for chasing staff and foam bananas !

Be aware of scams when offered a pricey breakfast, as canceling it might be impossible. In an airport, you never know what will happen, so I strongly recommend avoiding such offers. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful when trying to resolve the issue.
