This beautiful and cozy Non smoking apartment is located in 1. OG and has about 58 sqm. In a side street, yet close to the center, you can spend relaxing days here.

The apartment has a seating area and partially covered balcony overlooking the Mühlkanal. Sun tired from noon to the sunset. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.8 x 2m), a spacious living room, incl. TV with satellite channels and radio, as well as a dining area for 4 people. A well equipped kitchen u. a. with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer and separate toilet.

This object is equipped for 2 adults. The living room has a small sofa bed for max. 2 children. The holiday apartment includes 1 underground parking space. Bicycles can also park in the underground car park. The apartment is rented without linen. Bed linen (single mattresses), towels etc. please bring your own.

This apartment is also longer term rent. Price on request. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. The final cleaning is included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. In a few minutes you are on the shores of Lake Constance, the town center, the train station, the bakery, butcher and supermarket around the corner, the open-air swimming pool with lake access and the pier of Lake Constance.

Was een prima verbljf aan de rand van het stadje. Uitstekende voorzieningen en uitvalswegen in de buurt, je bent binnen 5 minuten bij de gezellige oeverpromenade

FeWo an Bahnschranke

Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Ausstattung ist umfangreich . Die Matratzen im SZ sind sehr angenehm , nicht zu weich . Das Klappsofa ist 1,40m und sehr unbequem, schon ein älteres Modell was bei jeder Bewegung knarrt und quietscht. Das schlimmste für uns war der direkte Blick auf die Straße mit der Schranke und den Bahnschienen, alle 20 min und bis abends 23 Uhr fuhren die Züge in einem Wahnsinns Tempo vorbei, so dass man es auch oftmals spürte wenn man auf dem Balkon saß. Was auch ein ( für mich ) absoluter Kritikpunkt ist, es gibt keinen Wäscheständer.

Großzügig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet

Wir haben sehr selten eine Ferienwohnung vorgefunden, die so gut ausgestattet ist! Besonders in der Küche fehlte nichts, doch auch Bücher und Spiele sind vorhanden. Alle Räume sind sehr sauber, man fühlt sich wohl.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Mal abgesehen von der Nähe zur Bahnlinie(gewöhnt man sich dran) war alles OK. Wir würden wieder buchen. Anmerkung an den Eigentümer: Die Kaffeemaschine läuft sehr langsam durch (ist halt jammern auf hohem Niveau)

Die Wohnung haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Sie ist absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet und in Ordnung. Hinweis: Wer mit mehr als 2 Personen anreist und im Wohnzimmer übernachtet, muss sich auf eine sehr harte und bei jeder Bewegung quietschende Ausziehcouch (Spannbettlacken 140x200cm wird benötigt!) gefasst machen. Desweiteren hört man hier auch bis in die Nacht hinein die regelmäßig vorbeirauschenden Züge. Für viel Spaß haben bei unseren Kindern die vorhandenen Tischspiele gesorgt.

Schöne Landschaft Nicht ganz ruhig

Die Wohnung liegt schön im Grünen mit Balkon nach Westen und ist funktional okay. Der pflegezustand ist etwas mitgenommen. Gardinen vergilbt und Balkon voller Unkraut. Es gibt keine persönliche Betreuung vor Ort. Nur eine Telefon Nummer im. Notfall. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Bahnlinie. Aber nachts fahren keine Züge. Die argen fliesst unweit vorbei. Schöne Damenmannschaft mit intakter Vogelnatur

Fewo gut aber auch Schwachstellen im Umfeld

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön; es ist alles vorhanden. Allerdings ganz am Ortsrand gelegen, 900 Meter zum Bahnhof und Ortsmitte. Balkon schön aber ungepflegt, viel Unkraut. Infomappe nicht aktuell oder falsch. z.B. Mieter kümmere dich um Müllentsorgung aber Abfuhrplan aus Vor- und Vorvorjahr. Mülleimer überfüllt. Lärmbelastung durch Nahe Bahnlinie, Züge fahren von 5.00 bis 24.00 Uhr. Gut: Trotz nahem Mühlkanal keine Belästigung durch Insekten bzw. deren Stiche. Gut: durch BodenseeCard freie Bahnfahrt von Lindau bis Ludwigshafen, wichtig weil überall schwierige Parkplatzsuche. Gut wer ein Fahrrad dabei hat weil langer Weg zum Bahnhof. Penny-Markt ganz in der Nähe.

Sehr gute Lage, zweckmäßige Ausstattung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut in der Nähe des Yachthafens. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und hat keinen Wohlfühlfaktor, jedoch ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Toll ist die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, nicht so gut war, dass die korrekte Mülltrennung sehr schwierig war.

Die Wohng. hätte gepflechter sein können

Wohng. war passend, 2 Km vom Zentrum, man sollte schon Mobil sein.TG.Platz für's Auto aber das Fahrrad konnte man kaum unterstellen. Der Balkon war voller Unkraut. Die Wohng hätte sauberer sein müssen.

schöne Wohnung. sehr ruhig, sehr schöner Ort.

Die wohnung war schön, ein paar Mängel haben wir trotzdem gefunden: die Betten waren sehr schmal, die Beschreibung z. B. der Mülltonnen war nicht korrekt, der Abholplan für die Mülltonnen war von 2017. Bei den Balkonmöbeln fielen öfters ein paar Schrauben raus.

Sauber modern gut ausgestattet, lediglich eine Rührschüssel fehlte

Sehr netter Service bei Übernahme und Abgabe, gute Anbindung, Ruhig gelegen mit Ausnahme der benachbarten Bahnlinie, aber geringes Verkehrsaufkommen, daher absolut undramatisch. Ausstattung umfasstee auch Bettzeug und Handtücher.
