Seenah and flooded with light in the 1. OG with 2 balconies and private parking space Only 100 meters from the lake is this light flooded 3.5 room apartment on the 1st. OG with 85sqm, 2 balconies and parking space. It is suitable for up to 3 people.

The modern living room is equipped with a spacious sofa, TV, CD, digital radio, various games, a small library and an adjoining dining area. Daylight bathroom with shower, bath, WC and additional separate guest toilet. One bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with single bed. Towels and bed linen are included. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests.

High quality generously equipped kitchen with everything you need. Ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, extra fridge and plenty of dishes. Amenities such as a washing and drying machine, a lockable bicycle storage room at the house and a private parking space are also at your disposal.

The quiet residential area, about 900m from the center of Langenargen, the castle, as well as restaurants and shopping, promises pure relaxation!
The beach is also within a few minutes walk. 2 balconies complete the offer perfectly. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Wohnung! Man konnte sich sehr wohlfühlen. Die zwei Balkone waren ideal, je nach Sonnenstand. Küche bot alles, was man benötigte. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Anregungen für die Wohnung

Der Fahrradschuppen war viel zu klein. Wir konnten unsere eigenen Räder nicht rein stellen, weil der Schuppen eine Schiebetür hat, die sich nur von vorne öffnen lässt und da schon zwei Räder drin standen, war es unmöglich unsere noch dazu zu stellen. Ansonsten hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Urlaubsflair in der Wohnung gewünscht. Sie war ziemlich nüchtern, eher wie eine normale Wohnung

Gute Lage, hübsche Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. An den Strand und in die Ortsmitte kam man innerhalb von 5 bis 10 min. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Bodensee schön zu erleben, da man eine tolle Wohnung hat um sich zurückzuziehen. Gerne gehen wir nächstes Jahr wieder in die gleiche Wohnung. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöne, perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt einem einfach an nichts. Die Küche ist ein wahrer Traum. Durch die beiden Balkone kann man sich nach dem Sonnenstand richten und hat immer den perfekten Platz zum Essen. Das Einzige, dass man vielleicht erwähnen sollte, dass die Ferienwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit Kindern liegt, die gern schon ab 6.00 Uhr in der Früh schreiend und trampelnd durch die Wohnung laufen und die Verabschiedung des Elternteils im Treppenhaus in teils unglaublicher Lautstärke erfolgt. So war dann halt jeden Morgen gegen 6 Uhr Aufstehen angesagt - aber so hat man halt mehr vom Tag. An der Wohnung selbst gibt es keinerlei Beanstandungen, auch die Vermieterin war im persönlichen Kontakt ausgesprochen freundlich.

Eigentlich alles super

Vorweg, wir haben unsere Woche am Bodensee genossen. Die Wohnung ist durchdacht und prima ausgestattet. Die Parkplatzsituation ist gut. Leider ist die Wohnung aber auch etwas hellhörig... Der Zugang zum Strandbad ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, leider durch Niedrigwasser des Bodensees und dadurch mitbedingte Algenlast und deren Folgen wie z.B. eine ausgeprägte Geruchsbelästigung während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht nutzbar.... Hier ist meiner Meinung nach durch die Kurverwaltung eine Lösung zu finden (Strände an Nord- und Ostsee werden von Algen gereinigt).

Helle, geräumige und ruhige Wohnung im 1. OG nahe am Bodensee

Schöne und grosse Ferienwohnung im 1. OG eines Wohnblocks. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Die zwei Balkone sind super, wir hatten leider viel Regen und konnten sie nicht so viel nutzen. Die Schlüsselbox für die Wohnung ist an einem anderen Ort!! Wir kamen relativ spät an und hatten das nicht so genau gelesen, im Dunkeln und im Regen war das zuerst schwierig, da der Schlüssel beim Haus mit der Schlüsselbox nicht gepasst hat... Das WLAN funktioniert nur bedingt. Vorsicht: zwischen den verschiedenen Zimmern hat es einen Absatz von ca. 2-3 cm, über die man stolpern kann!
