The whole hotel is just very tired and badly needs refurbishing. The sunbeds and cushions around the pool are very dirty. However, the staff are fantastic and were very helpful.

It was not my ideal place to stay, I won’t stay again. The rooms were clean but the plates and glasses that were used for breakfast were not clean. The breakfast was not of high quality either and the croissant selection was mostly stale and hard. They really could do much better than that.

Clean and comfy, spacious and friendly staff

Really happy with our stay. The hotel is not new but very well maintained, the pool was great kids didn't want to come out and the lady at the Andaman Tours counter was really helpful in arranging our mangrove tour. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. I really don't think they market the size of their rooms properly! We booked a family deluxe room for 4 and got two adjoining rooms, one twin and one double. The rooms were massive and immaculately clean. The toiletries in the bathrooms were very nice and usable, practical stuff you need. We ordered from the midnight room service each day and everything was really yummy and delivered in good time. The air conditioning was OK, but that's generally for everywhere in langkawi not just this hotel. I found nowhere the cooling was good enough like it is in Dubai. But the hotel ac was good enough for us to stay comfortably and sleep. The ac units made a few weird noises noticeable during the night when it's quiet but didn't stop any of us from falling and staying asleep. Beds and bedding were clean and very comfy! I have sciatica pain and get very uncomfortable with random mattresses but slept very well here. Last but not least it's right outside the airport so no commute time! It was max half an hour from the main attractions and activities. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to this beautiful island!

Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

Convenient

Very convenient location for a early morning flight I’d appreciate better information regarding breakfast room and that there’s food stations outside also. Please consider turning on AC in the gym, since it gets very hot and stale air otherwise! The colour of the tapwater when putting water in the bathtub, was not so nice! I enjoyed lovely staff and service, the excellent tapbeer and live music by the pool!
