With rural and sea views, on the hill between Waipu Cove and Langs Beach, our private guest house is an ideal place to rest and restore. A spa on the patio, with access to a large garden and a labyrinth path, a 12m pool, a gym, 3 hectares of bush walks, swimming hole, and a few minutes drive to beaches it has all the options for a wonderful holiday. It is 2 mins drive to the The Cove Restaurant, 10 mins to Waipu town, with cafes and museum and 15 mins to Mangawhai with cafes and markets.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Gill provides a home away from home. She has provided so many thoughtful touches that really made our stay super comfortable. From a coffee machine to a small pantry of staples, she has thought of everything!The gardens are breathtaking. We made special memories toasting marshmallows at the fire pit and when the sun made an appearance we made the most of the pool. The house is positioned among nature but within a short drive of the beach. I hope we will visit again. Thanks so much Gilk.

Amazing oasis

We loved our stay at this property. The garden, spa and fire pit were our highlights but everything else was amazing too. Beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen with all the latest gadgets. Snacks on arrival. A perfect stay thank you.

Langs Beach part 2 - Kylee's 1st Birthday

This is our second stay at Langs Beach. This time we had our baby - Kylee - who turned 1 the day of check in. We celebrated with an intimate Moana themed dinner which she loved so much!! Since our last visit in April 2023, the outdoor/entertainment area has been renovated making it an even more beautiful and cosy space for a large family on holiday during the colder months. The gardens boasting new art. We brought all 4 of our dogs along and they all had an absolute blast exploring and lounging with us all. Again both houses had everything you could need, so clean and comfortable. Great to see caretaker Pye again who is always so welcoming and does an amazing job looking after this haven. We will 100% be coming back!! Ruru Way - our perfect Annual Holiday Destination :)

Fabulous, relaxing stay with a stunning view and gardens

This guest house is a rare find - immaculate accommodation with an amazing view. Everything has been thought of: Gill makes sure you want for nothing during your stay. The gardens were so well cared for too - the live-in groundskeeper is doing a stellar job! Comfortable, huge beds and air con in every room was a bonus in the heat of summer. Cleanliness was second-to-none. Great location too - only a few minutes from both Waipu Cove and Langs, but quiet and serene after a busy day's adventuring. Thank you - we will be back!

Lovely stay at Waipu Cove

We loved the setting of this beautiful holiday home. Use of the swimming pool was fantastic and the private spa was great for enjoying the views. Gardens, native bush and swimming hole were wonderful. We had a very relaxing stay.

Second visit to amazing hideaway
