The flat in Haus Piz Linard is located in the picturesque Swiss village of Lantsch/Lenz. The village is less than 5 minutes by car from the Lenzerheide-Arosa ski area. The Lenzerheide-Arosa ski area has 225 kilometres of pistes, making it one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland. Lenzerheide is also very easy to reach by ski bus. In Lantsch/Lenz itself there is also a small piste, which is ideal for smaller ski beginners in your group. Since December 2017, Lantsch/Lenz has an official biathlon/cross-country skiing arena, which offers access to up to 56 km of cross-country trails.

In summer, the area offers countless opportunities for beautiful walks and endless bike rides. A visit to the oldest town in Switzerland, Chur, is also definitely worthwhile. Experience the 5,000-year-old history on a walk through the car-free old town. Or enjoy a train ride on the Rhaetian Railway; the Bernina Railway and the Albula Railway have been UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 2008.

The house, fully equipped, is an ideal place to relax after a wonderful day of skiing, hiking, swimming in the wellness pool H2Lai in Lenzerheide or in summer in the Heidsee, tobogganing in Churwalden on one of the longest tracks in Europe, golfing or much more.

From the spacious hallway you enter the living room. This has a cosy seating and dining area with a beautiful mountain view. The open kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. One bedroom has a double bed and the other separate bedroom has a bunk bed with 3 beds and thus offers space for 2 adults and 3 children. The bathroom is tasteful, spacious, with bathtub, toilet and sink.

The balcony and the large terrace are in the sun most of the day. The house has a separate room for skis, snowboards, sledges and bicycles. A private parking space with e-charging station is located in the garage. Further parking spaces are available in front of the house.
