The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly, however, the staff has no security or control over their clients. I was awakened at 1:30 am by someone breaking glass in the hallway on the 3rd floor followed by a loud conversation for several minutes. It would be nice if the management would post a sign at the front desk asking patrons to observe silence after 11pm and have respect for other guests. If you like a clean hotel this is it, however, if you like to get good rest this is not the hotel for you.

Welcome to the Hotel California, solid experience

This is accommodation at the local hotel room standards. It's clean and new. The attached mall is a great bonus, we used the food court and shopping

discomfort a little because of no elevator facility and there was a time that there was no electricity, no artificial electricity provided. WiFi not so excellent

clean but noicy

We arrived a few minutes before 3 pm, and were told that the room isnt ready, we have to wait 40 minutes, - really warm welcome. The room was clean, hot shower worked, but of course no shower curtain. Aircon was loud, the noices from street more louder, and so you can stay there, if you value the shopping mall across the street higher then your sleep.

Guitar Shopping Base

Good choice for guitar shopping. My wife went and picked out her choice nearby at a well known guitar factory quickly as they are nearby. However no elevators available and no room safes were detractors.

Hotel California, great no frills, great location.

My wife and family stayed here for 3 days, it is a no frills hotel, but it is good and it is great price. She enjoyed her stay with her family. Very close to Mactan airport also, making it a close trip when you fly in.

NOT recommended!

You've heard it before, ya get what you pay for! Only good things were A/C, and the doorman was VERY helpful when I needed taxi! Nothing else good! Bathroom awful with toilet and shower so close to each other! Shower water pressure sucked! Found girl behind desk sleeping once! Lol Just calling it as I see it!

We were going to stay more than one night but because of the dirtiness of the room and people fighting in the corridor all night maybe they were drunk but it kept us awake and the general ambience of the place was AWFUL.We shall not stay ever again and will not recommend to our friends to stay .The worst place we stayed ,ever

清潔感は微妙ですが、場所は便利です❗

コミュニティにしても何もないホテルですが、staffは優しくて、荷物も預けれるので、良かったです✨場所も便利でした❕ただ…カリフォルニアホテル？だったか、似た名前があるようで、たびたびタクシーの運転手間違えていました！

飛行機の遅延(2～3時間)で何時にホテルに着くが分からない所で、ホテルに着いたら警備員や受付の方が待っててくれた。ただ部屋がクリーンされてない部屋に泊めさせられたのは残念だった…。

두번다시는 가고싶지않은 곳이예요

정말 엉망이었네요 화장실은 불도 안들어오고 엘레베이터도 없는 3층에 큰 짐세개를 들고 올라가는데 도와주는 사람도 없고 밤새도록 우는 닭땜에 잠도 다 설치고 룸청결도도 별로였어요 정말 실망스럽네요

주변에는 쇼핑몰도 있고 좋았지만 롬의 청결면에서는 벌레도 나오고 좋은 숙박은 되지 못했습니다. 밤 늦게 도착해서 1박 정도 저렴하게 숙박 정도는 무난 할 것같습니다.

少し長い滞在なので朝食は自炊しました。隣にスーパーがあり米を購入し食しました。長期滞在には便利な場所

玄関にはガードマンが24時間3交代で警備しておりセキュリティーは万全でした。隣に大型モールがあり人どおりも多くこのガードは安心できる。ホテルは毎日掃除が入り部屋は清潔，通路廊下もきれい。3交代の受付スタッフも非常に感じがよかった。ただし日本語が通ぜずややこまった。テレビは欧米、アジアの主な国のチャンネルはあるがNHK国際放送がなく残念でした。日本人利用者が少ないからでしょうか。今後日本人旅行者が増加すれば入るかもしれない。期待したい。

ガイサノグランドモールの隣なので便利でした。受付とガードマンは笑顔でとても良かったです。部屋は清潔でした。バスタオルは何度も使用している様で洗ってあっても使用感かなりありました。シャワーの出が弱かったです。

첫날 새벽 도착 후 쪽잠 + 샤워하려고 저렴한 곳 선택했어요. 공항에서 우버타고 150페소 정도 나와요. 냉장고가 없는 게 가장 큰 단점이고, 창문이 복도쪽으로만 뚫려있어서 환기시키기 어려워요. 욕실에 온수기가 있어서 샤워 시 온도조절 수월해요. 가이사노 그랜드몰과 인접해서 다음날 환전하고 식사, 쇼핑하기 딱 좋아요. 건물은 전체적으로 낡았고 룸컨디션도 그냥저냥이지만 가격과 위치가 우수합니다.

금액대비 괜춘

아얄라몰 바로 앞이라 위치 좋구요. 룸도 괜찮아요. 다만 욕실 타일에 곰팡이 좀 있어요 살짝 소름...다행히 벌레는 없었구요. 조식은 그럭저럭 기본입니다~
