It was a very unpleasant experience. I arrived almost at midnight and found my room infested with cockroaches. They were crawling all over the sink, the toilet seat, and the bedside table. I barely slept, constantly worrying that they would crawl onto me. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was poorly stocked; the hard-boiled eggs were gone, there was no waffle batter, and there were only two yogurts left in the refrigerator. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. I want to thank the assistant manager, i was doubke booked for one night and although they dont refund because i did the reservation via expedia she wqs able to helo me. I would go again just because of the customer service.
