Our room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or bed made. When we called upon our return to the room at 9:30pm, we were told this needed to be requested before hand. Very disappointing. Since when are hotel rooms not cleaned on a daily basis. I asked for some sort of compensation, points, discounts? Crickets! Very poor customer service!!

Stay somewhere else

Save your money, stay somewhere else. Very dated inside the rooms furniture and electronics. Worst was because we stayed 3 nights we weren’t eligible for room service. We complained… we were told they couldn’t guarantee it…and they were right…no housekeeping service. The elevator acted like there was an earthquake every time we used it. Breakfast was worse than average. The bed was uncomfortable, my guess it was old and needed to be replaced. My best advice is to stay somewhere else.
