A favorite among locals, it's bordered by the very attractive Port Maria promenade, a true local waterfront promenade. It's a friendly and pleasant meeting place with its many bars and restaurants right on the water. Nearby attractions include the Port of Kernével, located opposite the Port Louis citadel, and the Kerguelen Ocean Park, a remarkable site encompassing 82 hectares of flora and fauna, with its nautical center offering water sports for children and adults. This ground-floor apartment has its own private entrance. All on one level, it comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge (with a sofa bed that converts into a 140x190 cm bed for one person).
