The Résidence Les Villégiales enjoys a central location between the town and the beach, giving this top-floor 2-bedroom apartment with elevator and garage an extraordinary asset. The entrance hall has a closet, the spacious living room opens onto a sea-view terrace, and the separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave). A first bedroom has a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, plus a bathroom and toilet. Wi-Fi and a garage are also available.

*Housekeeping: We require that trash cans, refrigerators/freezers, and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the designated containers in town. If linen is optional, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
