In a very quiet street in the center of Laroque des Albères, close to all shops and restaurants, this stone village house has a beautiful surface on 3 levels.
At the first bright and spacious living room through about 55 m² with large open kitchen and living room.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms including 2 with wardrobes,

Wonderful place to stay

Fantastic terraced house in the centre of the old village. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has been beautifully furnished by the owners, who are easy to contact and extremely helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms cool and airy. The outside terrace is a great place to sit and eat and people watch as it overlooks the town square. It exceeded all our expectations.

Great village house

We spent 2 very pleasant weeks at this property located in a picturesque village. Located mere steps from restaurants, wine bar, the local butcher shop, bakery and a nice little bodega. We used the location as a base to explore beautiful locations, both coastal and inland. Our hoset was helpful and happy to answer any questions.

Fantastic base for family fun!

We spent a fabulous week at Laroque in a scorching hot August 2018. Fans helped top cool us down. The house has an understated chic feel and is very comfortable, light and airy. The location is perfect for exploring the town which has lovely cafes and bars - some right on the doorstep! Lots of choices and a warm welcome everywhere. Finding the enchanted footpath which leads to a maze of well-signposted walks at the top of the town was an exciting discovery as I shall definitely revisit to explore further. For this trip, we used the house as a base for a beach holiday and Le Racou just outside Argeles is a firm favourite as it has showers, cafes and toilets. Only 15-20mins drive away. Great day also at Aqualand & market at Elne on Friday morning. Phillipe and Mrs Marce were very welcoming, and couldn't do enough to help us as their second guests to the house. Kitchen well appointed, bedrooms all stylish and comfortable, bathroom spacious and efficient. Garage downstairs for storage and laundry. All good - we'll definitely return - and remember the piano music next time. A nice bonus.

La maison est bien placée pour rayonner à pied ou en voiture, spacieuse pour les familles nombreuses et est bien équipée (1 ventilateur par piece, indispensable avec la canicule).En plein mois d'août, le village est très vivant, heureusement que les fenêtres isolent bien du bruit extérieur ! Surtout Philippe est quelqu'un de très disponible et réactif, prévenant et d'excellent conseil pour les bonnes adresses et les choses à faire dans les environs.

Emplacement centre village avec parking à proximité. Animation tardive dans le village qui contribue à une bonne ambiance, vous pouvez prendre un verre bien agréable dans le bar à vin, au pied de l'entrée . Fenêtres avec très bonne isolation phonique qui isole du bruit extérieur et ventilateur à disposition dans chaque chambre.3 belles chambres et une mezzanine sur 3 niveaux.Grande salle d'eau double vasque. Het is een mooi en ruim huis, met heerlijk terras! Ligging is perfect, vanuit het dorp kun je diverse, leuke, hikes beginnen en genoeg andere dingen te doen in de omgeving. Enige minpunt is dat er geen airco in het huis zit (wel veel ventilatoren)

UNA ZONA BONICA

El poble molt bonic i aprop de llocs interessants. La casa és acollidora però hem trobat a faltar un wc. ja que erem 8 pesones. La terrassa poc cuidada. No és recomenable per a gent gran perque hi ha escales però per a gent jove està foça bé. Bon tracte amb el propietari.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans la très belle demeure de Philippe. Bâtiment de charme (vieux de plusieurs siècles), dans un village chaleureux et des commerces de proximités, proche de nombreuses activités diverses et intéressantes: balade sur la côte, découverte de ville historique (Perpignan, Carcassonne, Barcelone), Musée Salavador Dali à Figueres, sans poublier de nombreux succulents repas. La région est fabuleuse, et Philippe (le propriétaire) est très accueillant, amical, et nous a donné de nombreuses suggestions utiles pour découvrir la région. Nous recommandons chaleureusement!!

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison de village

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce village bien vivant même en hiver. La maison est très agréable. Bien équipée, bien chauffée elle est confortable. Nous étions 6 et c'était parfait : grands espaces pour se retrouver et petits espaces pour s'isoler. Merci beaucoup à Philippe pour son accueil,sa gentillesse,sa confiance et son adaptabilité aux horaires de ses hôtes.

Cette maison de village a parfaitement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. très bel endroit et super séjour

l'emplacement est idéal dans ce petit village animé entre mer et montagne . Philippe est un hôte vraiment très sympathique et très à l écoute;. nous avons pu arriver et partir à notre convenance. La maison est fidèle à sa description, bien équipée en tout . Le petit plus c'est que le linge de maison est fourni, c'est un élément vraiment appréciable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir .
