Nestled on a hill in a peaceful neighborhood, our amazing house offers relaxation for the entire family. You’ll feel home the moment you enter this well-equipped villa.
While spending time on the terazza and near the pool, it will be hard to turn your eyes away from the breathtaking overview of the famous Venao Beach – also well known as a great surfer beach!
When not in the pool or at the beach, you may enjoy a great barbecue evening utilizing our excellent stainless Weber grill.
Special consideration was given to providing an unparalleled independent infrastructure. Our solar system, 22kw generator, Starlink internet, dual water pumps and a 7-stage water filtration system are proof of our desired self-sufficiency.
A dedicated office space will provide enough space for the one who has to stay in touch with the business back home. Multiple monitors and a docking station provides immediate full office functionality (with reliable power and internet).
