Me dijeron en recepción que no tenían convenio con hotels.com … cuando les enseñe el número de confirmación y el cobro a mi tarjeta y me cobraron en el sitio Luego tuve que entenderme con hoteles.com para un reembolso Llenan el shampoo con jabón antibacterial … No hay aire acondicionado No hay amenidades El proceso de check in y check out es muy desordenado
