I got to give credit to the outstanding staff the bartenders Kyle, Nishri, and Gregory took good care of me during my stay. The young lady in housekeeping that serviced my room 1927 was exceptionally kind and courteous.

The front desk staff are the worst, they kept locking us out of the room, 3 times this happened, and I had to keep going back and forth to the front desk over and over and over, they were completely incompetent. They feel apparently that this is the greatest hotel in the world, what a joke they are ( the front desk ) all other hotel staff were great, its just the frost desk staff

Hotel is looking a bit more tired compared to previous times I've stayed. Hotel staff gives me mixed feelings as most staff members are friendly and welcoming... however, others not so much... Also, I was told parking could not be validated in the past so not sure if something changed or I was lied to previously, but the valet guys made me aware that was not the case on the last day of my stay (shoutout to them). In general I would still recommend and most likely stay here in the future, but for the price there needs to be visible improvements... Lastly, putting multiple holds on my credit card even after the initial hold at check-in is very strange and if you are going to do it let the guest know beforehand so they don't think someone stole their CC. Never had that happen to me anywhere else...

The staff were very polite and the area for the hotel is nice. Our room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, the only downside was the windows in the room was not clean on the outside so we could not get a good view, unfortunately had to check out early due to our flight schedule change, did not get to spent two nights only a few hours.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pools was very nice and excellent customer service. Only thing is they did not have a refrigerator in my room. Not sure if that’s standard for every room. Enjoyed my stay though.
