Really great location. Right in the middle of the promenade. Lots of shops and restaurants/bakeries/coffee shops. You can walk for 5k either direction. Very clean and large apartment- we had sea view. Very well equipped. Toiletries provuded daily. Small kitchen area with everything that you need. Smart Tv. Definitely recommend. Only disadvantage we found was the noise at night and early mornings right outside the apartment. Also there is no air conditioning but thus didn’t affect us as we stayed in January.

It was a well run property with helpful staff, it lacked any heating when the weather was cold and no radiators were available. There was no air conditioning either for when the weather would get warm. The sea view balcony did not get sun on it at any point of the day either

Great location, safety and hygiene issues

The location is perfect but safety standards and cleanliness need improvement. While it looked superficially clean, I accidentally dropped a wet wipe after arriving and it was immediately filthy. The toaster looked like it had been burnt, I didn't notice til the toast started burning. The room is small and the kitchenette is largely unusable. The bathroom was a good size. The balcony was a plus, very big and we'll furnished.

Great location, great views from the room. All the restaurant and beach at walking distance. I only problem was no central air conditioning, due to which the doors and windows need to remain open and that led to a lot of street notice being heard even at the top floor.

Must mention the very hepful customer service at reception desk..all of them has pleasant personality..as well as the housekeeping staff.. Just the maintance noise was very fisturbing during the day..

Great value hotel in great location

This hotel is situated around 7 minutes walk from the drop off point ‘Santa Catalina’ of the airport bus. It is right on the beach. We had an interior room but found there were shared terraces that weren’t being used much so we felt we almost had our own private terrace. Staff were helpful in giving us a map and recommending restaurants. We found a restaurant located right beneath the hotel, Paparrazi, and it’s food was incredible and for really reasonable prices. The room had a kitchen area which was great for cooking a bit in the hotel and there is a Spar across the road from the hotel which made this even easier. Would 100% stay here again for its great location.

The excellent room, service and friendliness made for a great holiday in Las Palmas, a place I always enjoy visiting. The location is right in the middle of the lovely promenade with everything needed in the local area.
