This villa was very suitable for our family of 5. It is very spacious and lots of privacy. The landscaping is very beautiful, making you feel like you are at a resort! Pool was very clean, and the customer service was amazing as well.

More Pro's than con's.

Very pleasant and sympathetic site and location. Presence of dogs tolerated despite online listing restrictions.(noise ) No BBQ on arrival; was provided after representation. Manager and maintenance staff helpful and available. Many Mosquitos are a consideration not to forget. Of all the amenities, everything was excellent except for the kitchen (cupboards, sinks and faucets , pots and pans ,electric appliances such as toaster, microwave etc.), all need to be replaced ,to be in line with the rest of de villa . Outside dining room chairs hard and very uncomfortable.

Great place in the center of town.

This place was lovely and Miguelina, the local host, could not have been more accommodating! We spent our days out at the lovely beaches nearby (Coson is where it's at in our opinion) and site seeing. It was a great place to come back to! We enjoyed the pool, the grill, and making dinners that we enjoyed on the patio. We didn't go out in the evenings (6yr. with us) but saw many people walking into town for some nightlife, seemed very accessible. The road right outside is quite busy but it is nice and calm inside the residence. We flew into Punta Cana and drove up expecting to arrive around 8:00pm. We got a flat tire on the way which delayed our arrival quite a bit, but Miguelina still met us in person around midnight! She also helped us coordinate with the local shop to get the tire replaced (couldn't be repaired). She also had a can opener delivered to our place when it was missing from the kitchen. Thank you for making our stay so easy! Beautiful property and great location!
