Great Downtown Location Only

Outside appearance of Motel is horrible and scary. Door locks are very weak. Homeless people hanging around the property. Property management is stealing cable for the room TV's. But the room was very clean and front desk staff was respectful. And location is steps from downtown Vegas casinos and nightclubs.

This place is a gem! The manager Pat is so friendly, accommodating and on top of everything. Every time I stay here, the rooms are clean, comfortable and if there is any minor issue, the staff takes care of it right away. The location is perfect and walking distance to both the Fremont Experience and the strip. The parking is so convenient and it's literally in front of your door. I don't want to say too many great things about this place, because then it will become more popular.

Humble motel in the heart of downtown/Fremont

Friendly staff. Had a couple of issues during my stay that were quickly resolved. Quickest and easiest check-in I’ve ever experienced anywhere!

A good stay. Motel in renovations currently

This hotel is in the renovation stages. There are some rooms that need some attention, and some that have been taken care of. It’s a good place, affordable and the owners and managers were friendly and helpful. Be patient and it will be a good stay. Close to a lot of attractions.

The place was filthy , it seems to me that the manager doesn’t care if the employees clean the place or is incompetent to exercise his duties . We’ve been in others places around this area with a great service and breakfast included . How such place keeps its door open is a miracle .. Does the city of Las Vegas have inspection done so places like this one will be force to keep up m upgrading its facilities in specific area like the bathrooms or fire the cleaning crew and hire someone that can do the job .

Room was spacious. Lots of power outlets including some USB outlets. Desk and chair with outlets for personal electronics. Mini Fridge was able to keep perishables including medications well-cooled. Motel is just two blocks from Fremont Street experience in Las Vegas, which is an enjoyable entertainment environment. Paint was peeling. Smoke detector was found in a drawer with no battery inserted in it. Location was across the street from "Container Park" which hosts very loud music at night, even weekdays. In-room heater was very loud. Windows were rusted shut. Bed had only one thin blanket. No comforter or bed spread. Small coffee maker apparently did not work, although coffee and one cup had been provided in room. No hot water. Turning faucet to full hot provided water slightly cooler than room temperature. Office was closed and locked when I tried to check out.

Dont go its terrible and Rob is the worst manager

The stay was awful rob the night manager is rude and extremely unprofessional was cursing at me and actually made me leave on my 2nd night of a 4 night stay because i had some friends cone to pick me. Up to go out and they came inside for a few minutes and i was then told to get the out right now absolutly absurd so you cannot get a ride or have company when u rsnt a motel in las vegas come on are you kidding me at least i was refunded half of my money even though i was only there one night out of four this all happened at 730 pm not even late i was apalled at the level if disrespect and comlletely unprofesional manner Rob acted i cant believe this idiot can even have job in service he needs a wake up call on how to treat people completely regret ever even going to the city center motel

They need to remodel

Walls weee peeling bathroom was creepy I saw bugs. The heater made horrible noises and it smelled funny. It was very loud outside
