I booked room with 2 Queen + Sofa bed, they gave me room without Sofa bed, so they moved me to different room where toilet flush was broken and tech/desk manager could not fix it all during out stay I was charged more by Orbitz than what I recieved as a payment receipt from Element Hotel front-desk, Orbitz denies to pay refund of overpayment after chatting endlessly with Orbitz agent - No resolution/No refund even though this was a mistake on vendor(hotel) and Orbitz Part Not coming back to Orbitz ever, I will take my business elsewhere

I booked my room and paid via Expedia and the element charged me again directly for the room AFTER I checked out. I contacted the hotel the day I checked out to get it resolved and they told me they’d refund it, but it’s been 11 days and it has not been refunded and I can’t get ahold of anyone who can actually help me. Save your time and money and book elsewhere
