The hotel is run down, the casino area is getting a face-lift. The hotel needs one, too. Hopefully it will happen. The room is clean, the staff is friendly.

The room was very spacious and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved how easy it was to park and get out quickly to explore Vegas. We ate at The Village restaurant and were very happy with the choices and prices.

If I can rate 0 star, I would. We had a nightmare stay at this property. 1. Room Condition : The mattress was so old and worn out that it had a massive dip the size of a hand. 2. Hygiene Issues : We found multiple cockroaches and bedbugs crawling around. We caught three and showed them to the staff. 3. Appalling Service : Instead of apologizing, the front desk agent was extremely condescending. They claimed the insects were "just bedbugs" and told us it was our fault for not reporting it in the middle of the night. Their "too bad, so sad" attitude was disgusting. The lack of basic hygiene and professional etiquette is shocking even for Las Vegas. Do not waste your money, and stay away from this place where it's filthy and the service is trash.

It is a good hotel and very close to the main Las Vegas Strip. The reception staff are very friendly. I had a small issue with noise in my room, and when I informed them, they quickly changed my room. I really appreciate their help.

Room was nice and clean. Staff were great. Meals were inexpensive and food was great! Lots and lots of construction in the area, so getting in and out was a chore. Otherwise located just off the strip so it was less busy foot traffic. Easy to get to places around the strip from this hotel. Will stay again if we come back to Vegas.
