We arrived about 30 minutes early, we weren't greeted or even acknowledged. I said hello, and instead of responding, the woman at the desk just pointed to a man nearby without saying a word. Not sure if she wanted us to speak to him or wait. Eventually, he came to help us but informed us that we'd be considered checking in early unless we waited until 3 PM, which was fine.
When we returned around 3PM, she repeated the same silent pointing gesture without a greeting. What stood out even more was that right after us, another guest walked in, and she greeted him warmly with a “welcome,” which made the interaction feel even more uncomfortable and inconsistent. We weren’t given any information about the hotel amenities—no mention of the pool, breakfast, or anything else. Besides that, the elevator wasn’t working, and we didn't know where to find our room. While the customer service was poor, the room was decent (no microwave but fridge was included), and the free parking was convenient. Lots of construction at the moment but it wasn't an issue.
