They don’t tell you in advance the regulations when you first check in. I was charged more fees the day of check in, and was not informed about the late check out option. Some drivers around the hotel when asked if they would be able to ride you back to your room, they said no.

The property was great, I came for the sphere so it was 5-10min to the entrance of the sphere. The room was clean, I appreciated the bathroom. The shower tub was generous size, good water pressure and temperature. I checked in during some rush hour around 3pm so they had some entertainment while we waited. Took about 30min to check in, which was somewhat long. But I would definitely come back. Everuone was very helpful and I liked their texting system rather than using a phone.

Unfortunate

At first I thought it is amazing, nice rooms clean space good "service" but then I booked another day in. We booked went to the front desk they helped us to renew the wristband to work for another day but. The next day we go to shopping at the Caesars palace and come back and it worked, until it didn't, about 30 minutes later after we came back, we ware about to go to the pool but we find out what, wristbands don't work what if we were to come back late from shopping? We went to the front office but it was crowded so we asked the lady at the vacation center, she wasnt listening and kept sey that we had to wait at the front desk to fix it again, fortunately it worked now, other than that, its a great service, thanks to the staff for being cool.

Went in early hoping to get an early check in, didn’t care if I needed to pay extra. I had a concert I needed to get ready for. Was told there was no rooms available yet but once one was cleared I would get a text for it. Check in wasn’t until 4. Never got a text and my room wasn’t available until I got a text at 4:10. They’ll also try to get you to sit in for a presentation before you get a room key which is pretty annoying at that point, I just needed my room. Room was clean, also was put on the third floor, no elevator.

I went on holiday with my children, we all liked the coziness of the hotel, there was only one drawback, the shower door in the bathroom did not close, very dangerous.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort to others. It provides a very nice relaxing place to relax with family. Multiple swimming pools and other activities for children. No gambling on site, but close. Check-in & check-out was easy. Ample access to shaded parking was great. Hotel was within 0.5 miles (walking distance) to the main strip. Was cool to see a significant portion of the Sphere from room balcony. Was wonderful having our own laundry facilities as part of suite. Only items of minimal concern were as follows: 1. No elevator (but only 3 floors) 2. Room and overall resort area were clean and well maintained; however filled trash bags (I presume from cleaned rooms) were unattended and presented obstacles in walking areas just outside of rooms for hours. They were eventually removed each day.
