Property in good location off the strip and could easily walk to strip. Great views of the Sphere or Highroller Wheel. Anytime I reached out to front desk they delivered what we requested. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, clean, easy walk to the Strip( 1 city block away. Quiet, AC works well and quietly. Secure parking, felt very safe. Kitchen had all necessary plates and utensils. Very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend to stay here if you don’t need to be right on the strip. Family friendly, pools right outside the door.

Slightly off the strip, feels very safe, walking distance to Sphere, many pools, love there is a restaurant/bar on site that is reasonably priced and food is decent. A quick Uber ride away from everything. Staff was friendly overall. Room was roomy (2 BR Villa) with kitchen and living room. Slightly outdated but beds and pillows were comfy and unit was extremely clean. Too many children but it’s a family resort. Would recommend to anyone especially if you prefer quiet and off the strip.

I loved the resort. Location is perfect, you can walk to the sphere in 5 minutes and to the Strip in less than 10. Amenities for kids are perfect and service at the hotel is ok. Over all we had a great time. The only thing I did not like at all was that when you check in, they send you to a diffrent counter to "get your keys activated" (not true, keys are already active) and once there thay try to recruit you for a 90 minute "presentation" wich is actually a sales pitch for a time share. Very unconfortable moment once you tell them you are not intrested. They try to bully you into accepting to participate.

Location was great. Was nice having the full kitchen. Disappointed we didn't have laundry in our room. Two of the pools were closed. We asked for more towels on the second day and never got any. They did accommodate a late checkout due to our late flight. Would stay here again.

Overall the property was nice, especially having a full kitchen close to the strip. The campus is BIG, almost too big and having a few of the pools down was not ideal. Getting transportation without a car is a bit of a burden. Room was nice, bed wasn't super comfortable and the bedroom could really use a ceiling fan. Tile and floor connecting point by the front door was damaged and a trip hazard.l

Concert stay

Nice quiet property right next to the Sphere (about a 10 or 15 minute walk to the entrance on the opposite side). The rooms were similar to a small apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check-in process is exceptionally poorly organized. We have never experienced anything like this in numerous trips to the USA. We waited at least 45 minutes at 4 p.m. to be told that our room was not yet ready. We were told that we would be contacted after 30 minutes at the latest. We then left the hotel. Even after 2 hours we received no message. The hotel could not be reached by email or telephone. Back at the hotel we were told that we had to register again. We wanted to avoid this, but the staff clearly turned us away. So another long wait just to get the room number. The hotel room is outdated. We missed amenities but after the experience at check-in we didn't bother. Not even a complimentary water is provided in the room. We will not stay there again and cannot recommend the hotel at all.

The power was out at the hotel and we were not checked in until 6:30 PM. Only option given was to wait in the lobby. The power was not back until 8:30 PM. No AC, refrigerator or power until 8:30 PM. Front desk said it was a city wide problem; it was not. It was isolated to some rooms in the hotel. This was a 100 degree plus day in Ñas Vegas.
