Nice view and hotel, but tv wasn’t working! We called a number they gave us guy couldn’t fix it at all! Restroom had no ventilation whatsoever! Only 1 trash can in the entire room and was inside the restroom and was tiny! Room service never went to clean the room!

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the bed was comfortable with good-quality towels. However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. There were visible residues or stains on the closet door, table, and couch. We had to cover the couch due to its dirty and heavily stained condition. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was also unusable because of significant staining, which suggested a lack of thorough cleaning. The sink was clogged, and my husband had to remove a hair clog, which was an unpleasant experience. Additionally, I discovered after booking that this was a condo-style accommodation rather than a hotel suite, which explained the lack of housekeeping. While I accept responsibility for not noticing this detail during booking, it’s an oversight that hasn’t occurred in my past travel experiences. Despite the convenient location, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Cleanliness and maintenance are paramount, and I would prefer to stay at a 4.5-star hotel that upholds the standards its rating suggests.

We booked through hotels.com and even called in advance to make sure our reservation went through. However upon arriving, the hotel said that they did not see our reservation. The front desk was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Terrible experience, we had to book a room elsewhere

Book It!!

The stay was great from check in to check out. The room is EXACTLY as it appears in the pictures including all amenities. The property is walking distance all the best shops and a short drive or Uber to any hot locations in the area. The staff was friendly and the hotel thought of everything when it came to convenience. Don't think twice- book here!

I enjoyed how it was connected to the MGM grand and easy access to the strip after walking through first. I liked how quick and accessible the valet parking and them option to self park was available. Nice accommodation and clean rooms!

Fun Stay

The property was as advertised. I was pleased with the comfort of the room. Only issue we had was a few minor maintenance issues that we reported. The problem was the person we called spoke broken English and it was hard to communicate with him. It was the middle of the day and it sounded like he just woke up. Other than that, I would redone a this place to stay for a nice relaxing vacation in Vegas.
