Enjoyed our stay

Comfortable beds located right behind the airport. Clean accommodations in the room and great breakfast facility. We were traveling with a Pat and we were accommodated with a door straight out to the dog yard. Found a top-notch dog park around the corner. The Village Pub Inn with best bartender and great meals within walking distance.

In our first room, the fridge didn't work and the drain worked very slowly. We had to change rooms which was very inconvenient but the new room was good. Not having a secure wifi connection in your hotel, I was very uncomfortable needing to use my credit card to make a payment. I don't know what it takes to have a SECURE wifi connection but it would keep your customers much safer from any hacking or exposure to illegal actions. Not being able to make a payment caused problems for me later. Nothing serious but having a secure connection would be much appreciated by your customers. Gerry

The ceiling of my room had bits of paper or something taped on it, must have been a party, Also, again, the TV was not working and the clerk who came and tried to get it working was not successful That happened the last time I stayed also. I will probably stay at another property with airport shuttle.

The bathtub was stained & not clean. The shower head dripped. Pillows were uncomfortable. The heat & air conditioner worked poorly. The refrigerator was not connected to power. The television was not working the first day.

We arrived in the afternoon, I have no complaints from location, cleanliness or about the staff. The only problem we had was there was no shuttle from the hotel when we arrived, I had to call for them to come pick us up and it took them about 20 minutes to be pickup. We did arrange that some night for the shuttle to drive us back to the airport in the morning.

Overall was good but little overpriced

Hotel was overall good. Good breakfast, rooms was clean, check out at 12. Location is not the best, but is not so far anyways. Free parking and lot of spaces. I think it little overpriced compared with others better located.
