We stayed at this property over New Years Eve and chose it specifically because another review mentioned that this room faced the strip and provided exceptional views of the NYE fireworks displays. We were not disappointed! This room is perfect for viewing the strip at night and was the perfect place to ring in the New Year but not be right in all of the busyness. This hotel was also a great choice for our family as we were visiting Vegas for the first time with our 11 year old and wanted the option of getting a break from the casinos and smoke. The walk to the strip isn’t terrible - maybe 10-15 minutes - but we did make a point not to come back and forth as it was too far to walk multiple times a day. I would also note that we found a window on our floor that provided an unobstructed view of the Sphere it all its glory which was a great ‘Easter egg’ to stumble across! Nene is very responsive and I would certainly recommend her as a host.

Clean and quiet

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice kitchen, although we only used the coffee maker. The convenience store on the corner came in handy. Would stay here again.

Spectacular location and views

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this property. Nene was awesome! An absolutely amazing stay for us on New Year's Eve. The view of the strip was phenomenal!

Excellent Location and Very Nice Facilities

Location is off the strip, about 2-3 blocks, very easy walk and excellent location! The unit is very nice with a beautiful night view of the lights and a daytime view of the mountains from the balcony. Perfect Vegas stay!
