Luxury Vacation Rental @ Palms Place Resort, boasts of some of the most exquisite and modern amenities available in the heart of Las Vegas. Upon entering the studio suite, you'll be greeted by a sleek and stylish interior that is sure to make you feel right at home. The open floor plan is designed with comfort in mind, and ample space to stretch out and relax.
Please be advised that smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms.

Effective January 1, 2024, all rental reservations will require a daily security deposit of $100 per day to cover any incidental expenses that may arise during your stay. Palms Place will authorize the guest's debit or credit card for any incidental/security deposit at the rate of $100 per day, subject to a maximum hold of $500 per stay. The authorization hold will be released and refunded to the guest upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred.

Must be 21 years of age to check in, but occupants can be any age.

Daily HOUSEKEEPING is not included in your stay but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided for at an additional charge upon request.
- The resort provides down feather pillows in the suite. If needing non-hypoallergenic pillows, the resort provides them for
a nominal fee.
- 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face towels are provided. You may request more for a nominal fee paid directly to the
the resort.
- Rollaways are an additional $35 per night, plus applicable taxes. Based on availability and can be requested upon check
in with the resort.
Early check-ins and late check outs are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
-If in need of an early check-in, MUST request for one 24-hours prior to arrival (subject to availability on day of arrival).
-There is a $100 early check-in charge (prior to 3 pm PDT/PST) and late check-out charge for (any time past the 11 am local time up to 2 hours). Anytime past that could incur up to 2x the nightly rate. Must notify host.

There will be additional $56 extra charge for last minute booking request if less than 48 hours notice. This is a Palms Place policy. This additional fee must be paid in full prior to check-in.

Midterm and Longterm rentals are welcome. Please inquire about our special monthly rates with or without a meal plan. Weekly supplemental cleaning will be included in the midterm or long term rental rates.

The Laguna Pool is located on the 6th floor at Palms Place and is open daily from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Poolside beverage & dining service is open from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
