the room was clean and staff was friendly. a couple issues were resolved quickly. a bit noisy as it is a less expensive motel environment. no extras. one issue proved stressful. i was initially charged the wrong amount. the staff understood and said the mgr cassie would have to correct. i left the paperwork with them. the next day i spoke with cassie and she was working on it. the next day she said it was completed and returned my paperwork. the next day when i checked out and asked for a receipt i noticed nothing was corrected. another employee named carlos overheard my concerns and corrected the issue in 10 minutes. so if you have an issue don't expect cassie to be competent or truthful. double check all payments. thank you carlos.

The room floor was dusty, and towels were very thin or old. Stayed 2 days, no room service . Office staff, did not care in regards of my request for new or acceptable towels. They impressed me that "it's not my job" thing. They seemed respectful though. Worst motel 6 I stayed in. This is why I am doing this, survey. Tnx, I still feel motel 6 is an excellent choice place to stay
