The staff was courteous and helpful when I had problems. The room is a little cold in the way it had no art on the walls only one carpet in the living room its nice to have something soft when you get out of bed. The bed frames are a bit noisy and the thermostat is not a good choice. It would be nice to be able to call someone. But Im old school and i understand your purpose. Now that I know Im willing to give it another try.

The hotel is good overall — the rooms are large, and everything was clean. However, there was no kettle or pot to heat water on the stove, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest downside was the bed: it was extremely squeaky, to the point where it was almost impossible to turn over without a loud noise

Room was clean. Very thin walls could hear neighbors music like they were in our unit. Bed creaked so much. Could hear people walking above. Thin windows lots of street noise and voices coming into our bedroom. App Key is pretty annoying had to sign in multiple times in the same stay to get into building. Upside: spacious, clean.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but several issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected. The check-in process was confusing. The app required a deposit but wouldn’t process it properly, showing incorrect information. When I arrived, the experience at the desk didn’t match what the app displayed, which created unnecessary frustration. The building is huge, and getting to the room is a long walk. Not all elevators return to the main lobby, so you need to remember your exact route or you’ll end up wandering. The room was clean and modern, but it felt very empty — more like a big white box than a warm, inviting space. The biggest issue was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable, and only during checkout did I realize the mattress had been placed upside down. Surprising that this wasn’t noticed. The app also doesn’t allow you to contact the front desk, so any issue requires a trip back downstairs. One of the TVs didn’t connect properly and kept freezing, making it unusable. The eButler lockers seem like a great idea, but since outside food can’t be brought up, they don’t add much value. The on-site store was also only partially stocked. Staff were polite, but overall the hotel feels unfinished and not ready for a smooth, modern guest experience. There is potential, but many basics need improvement before I’d stay again.
